An improper sleeping pattern can cause various mental health issues in students.

Proper sleep is the basic step towards a healthy life. Adequate sleep helps your body function properly and also provides you the required energy to start the next day. Earlier many studies have highlighted the adverse effects of inadequate sleep. A new study highlights the bad effects of insufficient sleep on students.
