It's no secret that Gabrielle Union is insanely fit. The America's Got Talent judge regularly hits up Heart & Hustle Gym in Los Angeles, with her husband, former NBA player Dwayne Wade. And yeah, it shows.
The 46-year-old mother has been blessing her Instagram followers with bikini pic after bikini pic of their family's #WadeWorldTour2019 vacation around Italy. In Union's recent vacay post, she looks breathtaking in a multicolored bikini and matching cover-up. Baby Kaavia James looks cuter than ever in a black-and-red dress. Union's super toned abs was what everyone was talking about, and comments were flooding about how amazing she looks.
"This shot! Those smiles! This life! 😍😍😍" one fan commented, while hundreds of others were quick to throw "😍😍😍😍" and "❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️" to show their love.
So how does she look so good at 46? Last night, Union shared a series of workouts on her Instagram story to show us exactly how hard she works to be in great shape, and we're sweating just watching them. In the first video, Union begins with some glute bridges on a stability ball to target her hamstrings and butt. "Trying to get the ball stable" she caption the story.
Next, the AGT star hits the cable machine to tone up her arms with some cable rows. Get it, girl!
Though the tricep dip machine is normally used to strengthen your triceps and back, Union uses it to tone her glutes and legs. She targets one glute at a time by pressing each leg on the machine.
After glutes, it's all about her back. Union heads to the lat pull-down machine to strengthen her back. "Trying to get stronger" she wrote on the story.
Then, she moves back to toning her hamstrings and glutes again. No wonder Union's legs are so toned! This time she grabs a medicine ball and completes some hamstring curls. "New exercise alert," she captions the story.
Just when you thought Union was done with her workout, she's not. The star followed up her hamstring work with plank slide outs, using a pair of gliders, to tighten up her core. These burn, but they're clearly working for the star—her abs are no joke!
Finally, Union wrapped up her total-body workout with some shoulder work.
It's clear that Union takes her workouts seriously, and she makes sure to make each one worth her time. And as much she works hard at the gym, she and her husband took to Instagram to show how they play hard, too. They were boating around the Italian coast for two weeks.
